Very soon, Buffalo will welcome the opening of a one-of-a-kind phenomenon in this area: The Upper West Arts Center. Located at the corner of Richmond Avenue and West Ferry, the UWAC will showcase a 600 seat, acoustically pristine concert hall, a fully operational 2,300 pipe organ, a 99-seat drama theatre and a myriad of gallery and visual art spaces.
