In an effort to think outside of the box, clevermethod Inc., a web design and tech firm, is hosting an employment recruiting happy hour at Club W. They are in search of candidates to fill positions such as Web Project Manager, Developer, QA Engineer and Graphic Designer. “Interviews will not take place at this function,” says Dan Gigante, Partner with the company. “The event is designed to be more of a social gathering and less like a job fair. However, those who impress, could walk away with interview opportunities in coming weeks.”

clevermethod's office culture is creative and relaxed. When you walk through the doors, in East Aurora, you will find the employees enjoying an atmosphere that is buzzing with fresh ideas and great tunes. The company hopes to find employees that are talented, dedicated, self motivated and also some good competition for a game of Chexx at the end of the day!

The recruitment begins tonight at 5pm at Club W, 199 Delaware Ave. at the corner of Chippewa. Attendees are asked to sign-in with some basic info such as name, contact numbers and position that they are interested in. Everyone is also encouraged to bring a resume, but if you forget, send it to jobs@clevermethod.com.

There are some great spots in the city, you should consider it... more busiiness and people willing to apply for your job listings.

Hey Clevermethod, if you're trying to attract bright, young, creative types, being in the heart of the city might be a better location for you guys.

Who says they didn't consider the city, but found East Aurora more beneficial?
