In remembering a "White House Wedding" the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site, presented "Vintage Memories" this past weekend, with a preview Friday evening of vintage wedding gowns beautifully displayed throughout this historic site, each display was augmented with floral displays donated by 15 area florists. Following the preview was a fashion show of vintage gowns and a cocktail reception at the historic Butler Mansion. Saturday and Sunday the show was open to the public at the Wilcox Mansion (photo) and attended by many; viewers were treated to champagne and wedding cake as they strolled through the mansion and had the chance to see a shared history between Washington DC and Buffalo New York...

That is the news coming out of a Buffalo Place meeting this morning.
