What's up!?!? I'm just like most people on this site. I have a great interest in Buffalo and the WNY region as a whole. I live right on the downtown/allentown/lower west side area. The trifecta as I refer to it as. I was a planner before BRO made anyone with a keyboard one.

    if we're talking about the land between the ramps, the majority of that is owned by a private developer. the northern portion is not, but there are already trees there and it would prove more difficult to get to, especially if that ever gets built on.
