The WNY Chapter of the American Liver Foundation proudly presents Flavors of Buffalo 2008. This year’s new and improved Flavors will be held in the stunning waterfront banquet room at Harry’s Harbour Place Grille. We are pleased to announce that the emcee for the evening is well-known radio personality Bert Gambini (WBFO 88.7 FM’s Music Director). Noted musician Paul Kozlowski of Casperous Vine, will play classical guitar during cocktail hour.
This year’s Flavors of Buffalo will feature chefs from our area's top eateries:

During the cocktail hour and silent auction each chef will offer passed hors d'oeuvres. At dinner, guests will be seated at a table of nine other patrons. There each chef will showcase their own unique menu and wine pairings. Flavors events lend themselves to the creativity of the chefs and their competitive nature; meals feature each chef's artistry. Each menu—cooked tableside--will be an experience to remember. After dinner, there will be a live auction hosted by Bert Gambini where an array of fascinating and unique offerings will go to the highest bidders.
