2nd Annual Blue Friday moves to Lafayette Square: On Friday, September 9, 2005 Heritage Centers and the Heritage-Oak Foundation, in conjunction with Buffalo Place, will host the 2nd Annual iBlue Fridayi event in Lafayette Square from 5:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Blue Friday is a large Downtown pep rally to celebrate the Buffalo Bills 2005-2006 football season. Blue Friday will be broadcast live and anticipates attendance of at least 8,000 fans. Fans will be joined by current members of the Buffalo Bills organization, alumni players and the Buffalo Jills. Heritage Centers will also be honoring the Buffalo Bills 1990 Super Bowl Team. iBlue Friday is really a celebration of Western New Yorkis love affair with the Buffalo Bills,i said Michael Gross, Heritage Centers Executive Director. iHeritage Centers is proud of our long-standing relationship with the team. Admission is free of charge (iThe 12th Man Gets In For Free!i), refreshments (beer, pop and food stations) will be available for a modest price and music entertainment will be provided by Universal Grille, The Juliet Dagger, Klear and Milkfat. All proceeds from iBlue Fridayi will benefit the Heritage-Oak Foundation, which supports Heritage Centers and people with disabilities.
