If you remember last year’s Buffalo Brewfest, then you know it’s best to get your tickets early. Guess what? They just went on sale. This year the event is at HSBC Arena. Judging from the picture Queenseyes included with his post about last year’s Brewfest, it was probably necessary to move the event to a larger venue.
Tickets have sold out in years past, and if you don’t buy your tickets early, there’s a good chance you will not be going in. The event doesn’t take place till August 23rd, but putting tickets on sale this early gives you plenty of time to figure out how many you need, just make sure you don’t wait till the week beforehand!
Proceeds from the event benefit the Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center. You have to be 21 or over to attend and designated drivers are admitted for free. Your ticket, which is $20 presale and $25 at the door (if there’s any there), gets you admission, a souvenir tasting glass, and 20 tasting tokens, which are worth a 3 oz beer sample for each. You can buy more tokens for a dollar a piece.
