    Another great example of Buffalo's new generation that steps up and does things instead of stting and waiting for others. The building just to the south of this one is very distinctive as well and is in need of a loving owner. Here is to hoping it gets one.

    beautiful redo! one-by-one...you can feel the momentum growing through the city streets. last year i was advised to invest in a condo in florida then flip it for a profit. then the same person said to forget it...invest in buffalo instead...the value is incredible but prices will be soaring fast. i am so there.

    Now all I want to see along that stretch is the Christian Science Reading room next door combined with the boarded up red building next to it to make an attractive 3 story office building.

    The first floor would make a great Retail Store (Gap, Banana Republic, Express, etc.) I am tired of seeing restaurants and offices taking over all the first floor spaces. Time for RETAIL. We have the customers, let's try it.
