Hmm....more downtown musical chairs. Would've like to see new office tenants relocate from the suburbs or out of town.

This place is going to be outstanding. I can't wait to check out the condos. The views will be fantastic. GO BUFFALO!

When a firm decides to invest in far better office space at much higher rents, as is the case with Damon Morey, thats not musical chairs. Thats supporting higher end development in downtown. And now there is more affordable space available in the kissling building that the firm left for someone who doesn't have the budget for 200 delaware. High end space downtown is at a premium and there is a market for more.

monorail - good point. as nice as it is to see tenants moving in, it would have been nicer to see them come from outside downtown buffalo. This reaffirms that there is interest in the city from companies that are not already here. If Uniland was able to pull a few companies from Toronto, lets say, then they would really be spurring new business downtown.

I agree, bring in some of the suburban companies, lets grow the downtown core
