Come all ye goblins, ghosts and ghouls to the annual Parkside Community Association's Children's Halloween Party from 5:30-7:00PM today.

The Halloween party offers a safe alternative to “Trick or Treating” for youngsters throughout the city. There will be scary games, frightful prizes, and alarming refreshments! The event is free for children up to 12 years old with a parent or guardian.
