As we all know, Ralph Wilson works in mysterious ways. He gave Dick Jauron a 3 year contract extension after the Bills stared the 2008 season 5-2. Work is winding down at the $2 million Allentown Lofts conversion project on Virginia Street between Elmwood and Delaware avenues. The ten-unit project by Kissling Interests will offer both living and working space. Six of the units are pre-leased with occupancy scheduled to begin February 1. “The building will be an incubator of sorts,” said Kissling’s Executive Vice President Scott LaCasse. “It will offer live-work space for start-up and small businesses. The T.J. Dulski Center in the Lovejoy neighborhood has a new rain garden. It is another example of the low impact developments that have been implemented throughout the city. The Dulski Community Center, operated by the Lt. Col. Matt Urban Human Services Center of WNY, is located at 129 Lewis Street.
