The United States Consulate General in Yekaterinburg, Russia, has announced a drawing competition for children and teens ages 9-17. The deadline is April 10. The Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo Environmental Youth Summit is taking place on March 26 and 27 at Rich Products’ corporate headquarters.
