The Phoenix Brewing Building, at 835 Washington Street, is getting spiffed up with some serious power washing. The structure’s dark and dingy appearance has been removed (photo in process), giving way to bright, clean brickwork.
Matt Connors, Vp Development for Sinatra Real Estate, passed along the photo of the impressive work. Even he was surprised at the before and after difference in appearance.
“The $7.65 million Phoenix Brewery Apartments will feature 31 units, a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments. They will be the first luxury housing within the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. 3,000 sq.ft. of commercial space will also be available.” – BRO
“The south-facing second floor units have direct access out onto roof-top terraces facing the Trico Building,” says architect Jonathan Morris of project designer Carmina Wood Morris in a previous BRO article. “All of the other units have access to common roof terraces on the second floor, the north side of the building facing the medical campus, and the third floor roof with panoramic views in all directions.”
Tenants will also have access to enclosed parking for 24 cars.
The Circa-1888 structure was built as Buffalo’s first brewery and was purchased by the developers in April 2014.
