The Gateway-Longview Foundation and Buffalo Iron Works are gearing up for the 7th Annual BBQ & Blues Bash on Friday, June 19 from 5-9:30 p.m. on Illinois Street next to First Niagara Center.
Over 1,000 guests will enjoy live blues, award-winning BBQ food, and beverages from Labatt and Barefoot Wine in the Cobblestone District to benefit Western New York children & families receiving support from Gateway-Longview. The event will be emceed by WIVB News 4 Wake Up! personality Lauren Hall and WKBW Ch. 7 reporter Matt Bove.
The outdoor concert and barbecue food-fest will feature an all-local blues lineup, including:
• Dive House Union,
• The Hayden Fogle Band, and
• The Jony James Band, followed by
• Randle & the Late Night Scandals who will headline the official after-party at Buffalo Iron Works (49 Illinois Street).
Your ticket includes admission to the after-party as well.
Menu options from Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, Fat Bob’s Smokehouse, and Big Belly BarBeQue were just released. Some of the irresistible dishes that can be purchased at the event are:
• piña colada pulled pork,
• beef brisket sandwich, and
• ¼ rack of St. Louis-style ribs
Western New York favorites Fairy Cakes Cupcakery and Sweet Melody’s Gelato will provide one-of-a-kind desserts. Food tickets will be sold at the event for $2 each, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Gateway-Longview. A full menu and pricing can be found at BBQBluesBash.com.
Guests will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for the first-ever BBQ & Blues Bash Ultimate Raffle, featuring outstanding Buffalo-themed prizes such as:

Raffle tickets will be sold at the event for $10 each, 3 for $20, or 6 for $30.
