There is an opportunity to continue the revitalization of Niagara Street. The four-story building at 1360 Niagara Street is listed for sale by Gurney Becker & Bourne. Though it has an undisclosed asking price, a Facebook insider says the ask is “in the $1 million range.” The property is owned by Garrett Holding LLC.
From the listing:
Rare opportunity, 67,000 square feet available for sale or lease. Immaculate warehouse or unique conversion to apartments or condos with river views. Basement parking plus large vacant lot included.
The circa-1922 building is located just south of the proposed Crescendo project. Angelo Natale, Bobby Corrao, Frank Parisi and Carl Savarino have plans to repurpose that seven-story warehouse complex at 1502 Niagara Street into 41 apartments and commercial space. It is also just north of a development node Bill Breeser is spearheading on Niagara between Breckenridge Street and Auburn Avenue that includes Sugar City, Resurgence Brewing Company, BT&C Gallery, and a future restaurant by chef Martin Danilowicz of Martin Cooks.
