While Chris Jacobs, John Barry, and Paul Kolkmeyer convert the Birzon Building at 686 Main Street into a mix of retail, office and apartments, they’re also working on a building around the corner on W. Tupper Street. The development trio is giving the Henry Building at 41 W. Tupper a paint job and new storefront windows. They purchased the 7,900 sq.ft. building along with 33 W. Tupper and 347 Franklin Street in June.
They plan to improve the eight residential units in the Henry as they become available. Jacobs hinted that a new commercial tenant is coming to the building but declined to provide any details.
