Photographer Aaron Ingrao has captured the essence of Buffalos’ badass bike frame builders in a recent blog post (found here). I have always been a fan of Ingrao’s photography, whether it’s his passion for documenting the spirit of dogs and their owners, lavish landscapes, or anything bike-related. In this case, the Nickel City Cycles frame builders (located at The Foundry) afforded Ingrao a chance to capture their work in a striking industrial setting, which showcases the might behind the magic.
“My love for bicycles led to document the guys from Nickel City Cycles for my passion project, an on going project featuring people I find interesting and have a deep passion for their work or hobby,” says Ingrao, who has traveled far and wide to capture his idyllic subject matter.
It’s fairly easy to spot an Ingrao photograph. The man has a signature style that he has honed over the years. Ingrao has a playful eye, which comes in handy when he is working. The playfulness can be seen in his images, which makes viewing his work so much fun.
