In a day and age when many of us are asking, “What exactly is the Art of Being Human?”, there is a group in Buffalo that invites you to explore just that.
On Friday February 27 (7pm) and Saturday 28 (5pm), 2105, the Shambhala Meditation Group of Buffalo will be asking some of these basic “life” questions using the practice of meditation.
The event is open to anyone free and willing to exploring various spiritual pathways, which can be very hard to find these days. Rest assured there are others who feel the same way when it comes to unsure surroundings – people who, through wisdom teachings called Shambhala*, can help to guide others to places of compassion, enlightenment, wisdom and ultimately happiness and contentment.
Often times we are too busy with our day to day routines to look within. Like anything else, these spiritual awakenings don’t just happen overnight, nor do they happen without guidance.
