Prime living accommodations continue to pop up in Downtown Buffalo, as developers roll out new and refurbished apartment units from Chippewa to the waterfront. For those who want to get an inside look at the newly remodeled apartments, offices, etc., there is an annual tour that takes place so that interested parties can see exactly what is unfolding all around us.
This is the third year that the event is being held. On Saturday, June 21st, 2014, participants will be able to attend the free self-guided tour that will introduce them to unique lofts, newly opened hotels, and office suites. Here’s the line-up for the day:
1 Canalside – Courtyard by Marriott & Mixed Use – formerly the General Donovan Building – Tour headquarters and Trolley origination site.
201 West Huron Street – formerly Lake Hotel.
The Planing Mill (141 Elm Street) – formerly E.M. Hager & Sons (right) . Tour Happy Hour 4pm-7pm.
