Each year Massachusetts Avenue Project (MAP) hosts a special breakfast in order to raise money for its programming.
MAP is one of the most prolific, hardworking and effective organizations on the West Side of the city, and its impact over the years can be seen from Richmond Avenue to the Niagara River.
From aquaponics to farm stands, MAP gives opportunities to our youth so that they may carve out their own futures. At the same time, the organization helps to source healthy foods for those who have little access to organic markets and farmers markets (including city schools).
If this all sounds good to you, and you find yourself craving some delicious flapjacks (all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast) prepared by MAP’s youth leaders, then roll up your sleeves and dive right in to a breakfast that symbolizes a movement.
The breakfast costs $15. All proceeds support MAP’s Growing Green Youth Farm.
Guests save $3 this year by attending the Early Riser breakfast at 8:30 am.
