At the end of each year, the Buffalo Central Library sends us a list of the most popular items borrowed over the course of the year. The amassed results are collected from all 37 local public libraries and include the most popular and most requested book titles.
I’ve added a link to the most popular and most requested books of 2012, so that you can see some of the similarities and trends from from year to year. And if you’re really interested in comparing year to year, here’s 2011. And 2010. One thing is for sure, the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series has been dominating the Children’s Fiction category since 2010.
