This evening is the kick-off of the Canalside Holiday Celebration. As one of the city’s latest and greatest waterfront destinations, Canalside is happy to invite the community down the city’s newest public space called the East Canal to gather around a 30′ evergreen tree and enjoy the season’s festivities.
For the third year in a row, holiday cheer comes to the harbor in the form of visits from Santa himself, along with food trucks and live music from local high school student bands. There will be snow globe making demonstrations, holiday sing-alongs (Caitlin Koch, Grace Stumberg, Jeff McLeod, & Zak Ward), and even an imagination playground.
