The Benjaman Gallery is gearing up for one spectacular showing this holiday season, which combines a couple of different thoughtful and unusual aspects. Primarily the gallery is exhibiting a show called “Salon: An Exhibition of Everything” as part of Holiday Open Studios, where every inch of wall space will be covered in artwork – “salon style”. At the same time, the gallery will be reintroducing YWCA’s ‘ROAR!, where women artists donate all or partial proceeds from the sales of their artwork to women and families in the area that are in need of help. “We are very excited about this reprisal event of ‘ROAR!’. The idea of having women artists donate all or part of the proceeds from their work to help other woman and families in this community is fantastic. Women helping other women is so important,” said Deborah Lynn Williams, CEO of YWCA of WNY.
