The AC Lofts (136 North Division) is holding a celebration at the building centered around the green energy applications they utilized to cut energy waste and how the same can be applied to other buildings. It takes place tomorrow, November 19th from 4pm to 6pm, to RSVP for the event, click here for Buffalo Energy’s website.
Originally built for the Alling & Cory Paper Company, the building was rehabilitated by Jake Schneider for downtown student housing, which has now been changed to market rate apartments. Its listing on the National Register of Historic Places by Preservation Studios in 2010 enabled the project to utilize historic tax credits.
