This project was inspired by Chicago’s Incubate and is dedicated to the memory of Ben Schaafsma.
ON VIEW: Now-November 23rd My Future Ex: Site-specific Installations and Performances throughout the city of Buffalo! Presented by co-curators Tra Bouscaren and Sandra Q. Firmin. Focused on the celebration of temporary relationships between people, materials and places, “My Future Ex” presents a diversity of contemporary approaches to the practice of installation and performance art. The exhibition features an ambitious mixture of local, national, and international talent in a kaleidoscopic series of installations and events, spanning 11 locations across the city of Buffalo throughout the Fall season.
