Ellicott Development’s 4100 Group LLC purchased the Nicholson & Hall property at the northwest corner of Michigan and South Park Avenue yesterday. The site has three buildings with 25,426 sq. ft. of space.
Rumors of a pending deal have been circulating for several weeks including chatter of a hotel being planned for the site. With a purchase price of $950,000, Ellicott Development is likely to have big plans for the .82 acre property that sits across from the Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino.
William Paladino, Ellicott Development president and CEO, says a hotel is not imminent. “We are keeping all options open,” he says.
