There are those out there who are fans of dogs. Then there are those out there who are fans of photography. When you combine the two, there’s only one person that comes to mind – photographer Seth Casteel. Seth is the “who’s who” when it comes to… get this… underwater dog photography. Chances are, if you’ve spent any time on Facebook, then you’ve come across one of Seth’s award winning photos.
On February 9 and 10, NY Times Best Selling author, Seth Casteel, will be paying a visit to Canine Splash in Buffalo. What’s he doing visiting this local indoor doggie splash center? “Seth is coming to Buffalo to take pictures of local dogs and sign his recent book called Underwater Dogs for $20 plus NYS sale tax,” said Jill Bernstein of Canine Splash. “Seth has been on many TV shows, in magazines and newspapers, and is a NY Times Best Selling Author.”
Aside from the book signing, Casteel will also be taking underwater photos of a number of Buffalo dogs who have already been “signed up” to participate in the big photo dive. Stay tuned to Facebook for information on scheduled times for the book signings. The underwater photo sessions are not open to the public, as the photographer wants to minimize distractions for the dogs.
