If you’re like me, then you have a hard time keeping up with all of the food trucks that continually appear to hit the road in Buffalo. It seems as if there is a new truck launching every month. Fortunately for us, Derek Neuland has come up with a website that allows us to navigate the food truck scene. From Knight Slider to The Black Market Food Truck, there are all sorts of mobile culinary creations that can be found in all corners of the city.
Did you know that there is a gourmet hotdog truck called Let’s Be Frank? Or that Pizza Amore has a built in pizza oven? The Buffalo Food Trucks website allows you to glimpse the menus, and track down the trucks via links to Facebook pages, website links and Tweets.
After living for several years in Portland OR, Derek Neuland (Create More Designs) eventually returned to Buffalo, and he brought along with him his passion for food trucks and beverages (see Thirsty Dudes!). He then decided to act upon his passions, by building helpful, informational databases – the latest being Buffalo Food Trucks.
If you feel like you’re a bit out of the loop when it comes to the Buffalo Food Truck scene, then check out the database that Derek has created. It’s an easy way to acclimate yourself to the latest and greatest list of mobile food operations out on the streets of Greater Buffalo.
