The more local holiday shopping opportunities the better. Especially when that means that there’s a chance to support our artist and artisan neighbors. That said, there’s an art and crafts fair scheduled for North Buffalo sponsored by the Parkside Community Association. These types of events make our communities strong, especially when they are well-attended. That means power in numbers – grab the entire family and head out in search of one-of-a-kind gifts that you just can’t find at the big box stores. Not only will you be supporting your community, you’re also keeping your hard earned cash circulating in your own city, which ultimately makes it stronger!
Featured at the 5th annual Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair will be photography, jewelry, scarves, pottery, soaps, lotions, candles and plenty of other items to help you with your gift list. The fair takes place on November 24th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, 96 Jewett Parkway in Buffalo.
*There is a $2 admission that will include a coupon good for $1 off any single item purchased over $10. Event sponsored by the Parkside Community Association For further information, contact the Parkside Community Association at 716-838-1240 or visit the PCA website at www.parksidebuffalo.org.
