Benchmark Group has tweaked its plans for an infill building at 766 Elmwood Avenue. The façade has been revised to remove the stucco portions that was planned for the front façade. The tweaked plan now shows a front elevation with a cultured stone base and sills, two types of brick and hardiplank accents. The Frizlen Group is project architect.
The three-story building is proposed for a Benchmark-owned surface parking lot. The first floor will contain retail space along Elmwood and covered parking for 24 cars that would be accessed from Gren-Way Alley. Two dozen, one and two-bedroom apartments would be located on the second and third floors.
