Ellicott Development is wrapping up construction at The Pasquale, Waterfront Village’s new mid-rise residential tower. To date, 31 of the tower’s 49 units are sold. Purchasers have closed on 13 of the residences at prices ranging from $349,000 to $572,500 on the first through eighth floors in recent weeks. Penthouse suites are expected to top $1 million.
“We have also leased three units, bringing the total to 34 of 49 which are under contract, closed or leased,” says Ellicott’s Chris Martoche who is overseeing sales at the development. “Some of the higher units are still under construction, which is why we don’t have more units closed.”
Tower residences include 10 to 12′ ceilings, gourmet kitchens with custom cabinets and granite countertops, hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, whirlpool tub and steam shower in master bathroom suites, and one or more balconies. Several units on the upper floors have rooftop terraces. Residences, priced from $295,000, range from 1,342 square feet for a one-bedroom unit to over 3,000 square feet in the two penthouse units.
Units include dedicated parking spaces in a two-level enclosed garage and a separate storage unit in the building’s parking levels. A fitness center and board/meeting room are located in a two-story wing fronting Lakefront Boulevard.
Four of the planned town homes on Ojibwa Circle have been completed. Ellicott plans to lower the rooflines and scale back the size and price of future town home units. Plans for a second tower on the site were recently placed on hold due to a slowing real estate market.
A furnished model on the third floor and one of the town homes are open for viewing Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 3 PM, or during the week by appointment. Both have been decorated by Michael Donnelly Interior Design.
