I happened to be in the Market Arcade building today and noticed that Michael Horowitzis extraordinary photo exhibit, The Richardson Complex: Behind Closed Doors, was still up for viewing. I wanted to let BRO readers know that they still had an opportunity to see these wonderful photographs. The many changes concerning Elmwood @ Forest, including the proposed Savarino hotel, the new Burchfield-Penney and the first stage financing for the Richardson complex, makes these photos even more timely & interesting.
This exhibit, sponsored by The Landmark Society of the Niagara Frontier and CEPA Gallery, features Mr. Horowitzis interior and exterior shots of the Richardson buildings, including many amazing architectural details. The photo seen here will be part of the upcoming CEPA Galleryis 8th Biennial Photography Art Auction to be held Saturday, May 6th, at 7PM.
So if youire in the area, visit the Buffalo Niagara Convention & Visitors Bureau, located on the first floor at the Market Arcade building to see the Richardson photographs.. While youire there, donit forget to check out CEPA Galleryis current exhibit, :18 Project; a video/photographic exhibition by Christine Gatti until March 18th.
