Every once in a while a business feels the need to upgrade their space. Many retailers take advantage of the holiday season to bring in new lines that give the store a new image. Others often enjoy some post hoiday down-time to put a new coat of paint on the walls or to radically change the window displays. El Museo, located at 91 Allen Street has recently papered their front widows in order to change-up the gallery space inside.
In the meantime, their next three exhibits will be held at satellite locations throughout the city. The group will literally be going gallery hopping until their new space is ready for public viewing. El Museo is an arts organization dedicated to the exhibition of works by Latin , Caribbean and African Artists as well as artists who give people of these communities the opportunity to see their own culture and experiences reflected in fine arts. Stay tuned for the end results when their new space is complete. If you would like to find out where the satlellite gallery hops are taking place, please call 716-884-9693.
