I have lived in Indianapolis for 11-odd years. There is no good bread, subs or pizza here; you can’t get an eggplant parm anywhere!!! I went veg 10 years ago, and would starve if I couldn’t cook– but when visiting Buffalo, I always eat well. Please, please keep those local chains and non-cookie cutter restaurants and markets alive, guys! It’s brutal out here in the bland world of Papa John’s fake homemade pizza and bad burgers and not much else. The diversity & quality of food in WNY is unmatched– I still shop for goodies every time I’ m there, and have my Mom send me bottles of Chiavetta’s. Keep that stuff going, i’ll be back soon!!! -Mari
